Starbucks selected Prisma Public Relations to launch the international coffee giant, which is as famous for its brand as for its coffee. Prisma provided initial advice to Starbucks management on key sensitive issues before developing a communications plan to launch the brand.

Prisma then handled the opening of Starbucks’ first store, as well as follow-up media and public relations events, including coffee-tastings and interviews.
